Bought the camo/orange case for my new iPhone 4s. It is a really sharp looking case, plus it gives great protection to your phone. I have dropped the phone a couple of times and had zero damage.
I get a lot of compliments on the case. The orange is very noticeable and is distinctive from others. I also bought another 4s Defender case at my AT&T store. It is the army green cover with a black inside case (I guess Otterbox mixes the colors so they are a little different from the online offering). The army green cover looks great with the orange inside case. I can mix the different pieces up and have camo or army green exterior with either orange or black interior plastic case. If you want a case that protects your phone that is not everyone else's, the camo case is the way to go.
Pros: High quality, Durable, it looks great
Cons: none really., wish otterbox would start "mix and match" colors

This is the best case you will find for your Ipod Touch. I tried some other cases while waiting for the Defender case to become available. Only one offered fairly good protection, but the built-in screen protector on it scratched very easily. I found most of the cases are more ornamental than functional.
I would have given it 5 stars all-the-way but the rubber plugs are not perfect. However, I doubt if there is a way to to design them better due to the curvature of the Ipod case.
Incidentally, I bought mine at Radio Shack on January 18. They had just gotten them in, so they are getting into the retail stream, finally. They only have solid black, though.
Pros: High quality, Durable, excellent screen protector, looks great
Cons: none

Does the 2 defender series iPad case keep water out and iPad dry

Need to know with all the defender2 iPad case can protect, dropping, etc does it have the ability to still completely dry function iPad?
Also can you hear out of it with that case, movies, tunes etc?
Although the case is not rated as being waterproof, it sure helps if you do have a Defender case on your iPad. My iPad was dropped into a sink of water and was covered with water about 2 inches deep for around 20 seconds. Luckily, all the port covers on the Defender case were closed. Got it out of the water and pulled it out of the case. Found just a few drops of water inside the hard shell case. Used a hair dryer on all the areas of the iPad that might have been affected then left the iPad in a closed car in the sun all day (the iPad was not in direct sunlight). At the end of the day, I powered up the iPad and it worked just fine and is still working after 3 months. If my iPad had gone in the water with out the Defender case, there is no doubt that it would have been ruined instantly. In addition, it's been knocked off a desk and fallen out of my truck with NO damage. Now the iPad Defender case is a little heavy and bulky, but it protects your device. I have Defender cases on all my applicable devices.
