port covers sticking out (this is after trying to push them back in)

kind of hard to see - you can tell the plastic curves out where volume buttons are
I ordered an otterbox commuter case in its Reflection color. It's really a great looking case! It feels sturdy and I have a great feeling that it will protect my phone, which is what I bought it for. That being said, I believe that Otterbox should have waited a little longer to begin producing the cases, because mine does not fit well. Yes, the actual phone fits in the case just fine. But the flaps that cover the charging and headphone ports will not tuck in and are really distracting. Also, opening them is difficult. I'm having a problem when I try to lock my phone. I have to push the button down SO hard for it to work. Also, on the left side where the volume buttons are, the soft plastic part of the case curves out, which is irritating. The case doesn't look as sleek as I thought it would either. It really feels like I'm holding and iPhone 4 or 4s. I thought for sure that the case would be thin enough, yet still protective, to work for an iPhone 5. But like I said, the case does protect the phone, which is what we're all buying it for. I would recommend this brand, but would suggest waiting to buy this iPhone 5 commuter case until after a few simple changes have been made.
