The original 5c case that was released had an offcentered hole for the Apple logo on the back, and it was the first defender Otterbox I've come across where the screen protector was not flush with the phone. It bubbled out making it hard to use the touch screen. I found out recently that Otterbox has fixed the offcentered hole when I ordered a replacement silicone and it would not fit my Otterbox. They have probably fixed the issues without telling anyone or changing the skus or doing a recall on the defective ones. I'm not sure if the screen protector is better but it is centered now and all of us that bought the offcentered ones now can no longer order different silicones. Well, they actually let you order them but you will be disappointed when you get them. This has been the first time Otterbox has let me down. I don't hate the offcentered case completely but you have to pop the plastic screen out to make it usable and now you can not order replacement parts for it.
