I bought this case off the US website despite being based in the UK. This was because I was promised that the Pistachio colour would be available in December in the UK, then it was February, then March and I eventually ordered from the US site in April as I wasn't sure if it would ever be in the UK store.
Saying that, the postage from the US was very quick so no complaints there.
However, having only used the case for a few weeks, it has gone incredibly dirty around the edges, despite the case only ever being in a) my pocket or b) on my desk in work. I've tried cleaning it with water but that hasn't worked and I don't want to use anything else in case it damages the rubber.
It is a better case than the Lifeproof one that I has which I had to sell again as the screen protector on it was no where near as good as the Otterbox.
However, given the problems with the case going dirty despite just regular use (it's not like I've gone swimming in a bog with it) I won't be recommending it to anyone else. I know it's only a minor issue but when spending a lot of money on a case, I would expect it to not show as obvious signs of wear in less than a month.
Cons: Low quality

How is the touch screen under water? Like does it work well?

You can't use the screen underwater (as you can't with any waterproof case) as it uses the electric connectivity to your fingers to work which doesn't happen under water
