I have an HTC One. It is extremely slippery and pretty hard to hold. The Otterbox helps provide grip. If dirt gets behind the screen protector, it is very easy to disassemble it and wipe the screen and the screen protector. The design is pretty minimal and I like it. My dad and brother have the Galaxy S4 and my sister has an Iphone, all use OtterBoxes.
I don't like having my phone in my pocket, where it might get scratched among other things in my pocket, or may be uncomfortable when jogging or skating. I really like the holder/clip, and usually attach it to my belt while longboarding, so I can listen to music or podcasts, and easily reach it if I need to make a call.
After the clip broke on the holder, otterbox sent me a whole new product following the warranty procedure. I only found it right to ship the back the broken product and the warranty postcard inside.
My only advice to otterbox is to try and improve the clip design, maybe try using metal embedded in the side of the case or some other kind of improvement to reinforce it.
Pros: High quality, Durable, makes it easier to hold phone, simple aesthetic
Cons: the clip on the holder broke within 3 months, rubber outside may warp slightly after long usage

Want to know which Htc one otter box to order for the At&t phone

otter box
I have the HTC One Defender, it has a harder inner case with a soft outer case that makes it much easier to grip the slippery smooth HTC One. The screen protector produces no glare, but is prone to get smudge marks, but this can be remedied by easily wiping the screen protector, and is a small price to pay for scratch protection. The holster and clip is super useful if you are an active person, just note the clip is not super durable and may break, but if this does happen Otter Box will replace it within the warranty period.

Overall the few cons on the case barely outweigh the huge positives. If the warranty ran out and the case broke, I would still buy another one.
