Buy a new silicone layer in a variety of colors. With seven colors to choose from, it’ll be hard to pick just one.

I am very happy with my new silicone skin. This was a replacement for one I purchased almost two years ago which had some issues from the start, but got increasingly worse more recently. Although I must say, my phone was always well-protected, even with a drop on a cement garage floor. I contacted Otterbox to see if they would replace it, even though it was outside of the warranty period, and they replaced it for free. They said they have changed their formula since I first purchased my old one, and that I shouldn't have any problems. As soon as I put it on, I could tell it was a totally different case and I am confident that this one will last a long time.
Pros: High quality, Durable

why the defender series rubber case does not have an earphone plug access?

I bought an iPhone 4s rubber case from Otter online and it has an access to the earphone plug but it's completely covered. it seams that it has been reversed because it has access to the phone chip releaser. can you please tell me it that was the way it was built or there was a factory default?

Thank you!
**I love Otter products!
I believe it's because they don't want dust and dirt to get in the earphone hole, so they reverse it to let you know it's there, but you have to open it.
