I do like the case except for a couple of items.
1) On two occasions while either attaching or removing the phone from the holster, the clip on the single side has broken off. I am not putting any more pressure on it than necessary to remove or attach the phone. This is a poor design for the Galaxy Note III.
2) The return button is partially obstructed by the edge of the case making it easy to touch the screen vs. the return button. This causes delays and frustrations in the phone usage.
3) The jack access for the phones prevents most cables and card-swipe devices from plugging all the way into the jack. I suggest Otterbox to include a $2.00 adapter to extend the jack on those occasions where an accessory or standard cable would not work.
Pros: protects phone, good warranty
Cons: Not durable, not user friendly, clips break during normal usage, obscures headphone jack for most devices

how do i get case open

Remove rubber cover. Using fingernails, pry apart near the Stylus location at the bottom of the phone, then work your way up the side of the case and across the top. It takes a minute to figure it out, but once you do it a couple of times, it becomes more simple.
